Is "Intuitive Guessing" tongue in cheek in a data-driven world?

Yes, it's true we like to have fun, but we're serious about data coming in many different forms. Our philosophy centers on confidently navigating the spectrum between certainty and the unknown — blending traditional data with inner wisdom for a wonder-filled approach to decision-making.

  • Co-Founder | Coach | Facilitator

For over a decade, Whitney has worked with executives and leaders in a variety of companies and industries. What continues to excite her about leadership development, especially coaching, is that it is a gateway experience for leaders to explore facets of themselves that might not otherwise surface outside the context of professional development. It’s both a tool and a relationship that fosters deeper self-awareness, ultimately leading to greater effectiveness, and personal fulfillment, as a leader. What often starts as a desire to improve specific job-related skills becomes an invitation to embark on a journey of self-discovery. Understanding one’s internal operating system empowers leaders to build stronger relationships, see themselves as part of a dynamic system, and develop greater adaptability and strategic thinking.

As an Integral Coach, Whitney believes that life is anything but static, and we all benefit from intentional time and attention towards our growth, allowing us to contribute our best and most vibrant selves to the world.

We believe…

… all desire is valid, outcomes are emergent, and the magic's in the planning (not the plans). All synthesis is intuitive and contemplative practices “till the soil” to tap the inner wisdom that unleashes potential and lays the foundation for inspired change.

Awareness Leads to Action

Teams must cultivate a deep understanding of their inner knowing, organizational aspirations, and the outer landscape. With this awareness, teams “till the soil” for purposeful action, making decisions and choices that reference a fuller picture and allow for confident, bold leaps forward.

Co-Creation Increases Adoption

Participatory design empowers teams by engaging them in the design process, increasing ownership, understanding needs, fostering buy-in, promoting collaboration, and facilitating iterative refinement.

Transformation Requires Empathy

Empathy is a fundamental aspect of our process as we strive to understand the perspectives, needs, and challenges of all stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and other applicable people or communities.

Holistic Well-Being Sustains Holistic Solutions

We believe in the importance of nurturing not just the professional collective, but the personal well-being of each individual. Our process infuses mindfulness practices to enhance focus, reduce stress, and create a working environment characterized by attentiveness and care.
